DTA will be holding two Public Consultation events at the South Lanarkshire Lifestyles Stonehouse on behalf of our clients Freeland & Russell Developments Limited and Abbey Developments (Stonehouse) Limited to present the preliminary stage of the proposals we will be progressing for submission to South Lanarkshire Council in support of a Planning Application for a residential development at land at Strathaven Road, Stonehouse.

An aerial image, location plan and indicative site plan (which is the early stages of the design process) can be viewed below for your information and we warmly welcome you to join us at the events above which are being held on a drop-in basis to allow anyone interested in the proposals to view the plans and have your queries answered relative to this stage by a representative from DTA, who will also invite you to leave any comments/ suggestions regarding the development.

We have prepared an indicative site plan for the proposed new layout for the development and this can be viewed/ downloaded by clicking the adjacent button. Please note that this is still in the early stages of the design process.
